We will guide you through the planning process, providing the advice and experience necesssary to obtain permission for your plans. Where possible we will suggest a design that avoids the need for planning consent. When planning consent is required, we will endevour to pre-empt any obstacles to success with an appropriate package of  design drawings and supporting documentation to give your plans the best possible chance of approval.

We are happy to advise on whether you need planning approval for your plans as part of a free, no obligation initial consultation.

Once you have your planning approval further work is required before and during construction. These services are recommended to ensure your building fully meets your expectations of quality, cost and project duration. In addition to detailed design services this could include

• Management of the tendering process inc. Tender analysis
• Drafting of construction contract(s)
• Contract management
